1. Services
Celestive Studio provides creative services including but not limited to creative design, branding, CGI, animation, visual effects, video editing, marketing creatives, and related digital solutions.
The detailed scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a formal project proposal or agreement shared prior to the commencement of the project. Work will begin only after mutual approval of the proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
2. Project Confirmation & Advance Payment
A project is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. The advance secures project scheduling, creative resources, and production allocation.
Please note that in the event of project cancellation by either party due to any reason, including change of business direction, internal decisions, delays, or unforeseen circumstances, the advance amount shall remain strictly non-refundable.
This policy applies irrespective of the stage of project execution.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials including content, references, brand assets, product details, and approvals in a timely manner.
Any delay in providing required information, approvals, or feedback may result in a revision of project timelines without liability on Celestive Studio.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• A percentage of the total project fee (typically 30%–50%) is payable in advance.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of high-resolution files or source files.
• Delayed payments may attract additional charges or temporary suspension of work.
No final files, raw files, or source files will be delivered until full payment is received.
5. Revisions & Modifications
The number of revisions included will be clearly mentioned in the project proposal.
• Revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed additionally.
• Major changes in scope after approval may be treated as a new project.
• Changes requested after final approval will be charged separately.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ownership of final approved deliverables will transfer to the client only after full and final payment of the project amount.
Celestive Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or case studies unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Any draft concepts, unused designs, or rejected versions remain the property of Celestive Studio.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Celestive Studio shall not be held liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Platform-related issues (Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Market performance fluctuations
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Creative services do not guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
In such cases:
• The client will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination.
• The advance payment remains non-refundable.
• Any additional completed work beyond the advance value must be cleared before transfer of partial deliverables.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with our services, making payment, or providing project confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
